How We Care for Your Loved One the Right Way

At Right at Home, we do a lot of things, well, Right! In fact, “we are the Right People, doing the Right Things, the Right Way for the Right Reason” which simply sums up that only Right at Home can provide the RightCare.

What Exactly is RightCare?

RightCare starts with the RightPeople – We have an extensive in-home care franchise network made up of over 400 local owners that are both professional and caring, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver the best care. Our owners are highly trained, and they select only the top caregivers to provide care, as the caregivers go through an extensive interview process, including background checks. Once hired, the caregivers are trained through the Right at Home University and are bonded/insured and covered by workers’ compensation.

Our exclusive matching program is initiated as soon as you approve the Custom Care Plan. Our local franchise owners match a caregiver to your loved one based on numerous factors: the services needed, your loved one’s interests, and the personalities of both your loved one and the potential caregiver. The custom care plans developed by our local owners involve just the RightServices, such as non-medical services, including:

Our RightMission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve, and each and every one of our local owners takes that mission to heart. The mission is delivered by flawless execution of the Care Plan and with the tenderness and compassion your loved one desires. You get the best possible experience and peace of mind.

The Right People Doing The Right Things The Right Way For The Right Reason

I want you to know how much we have enjoyed our caregiver and what a godsend she has been -- very calming, speaks softly, and doesn't let Mom get the best of her. I had to take Mom to the doctor on Monday and the caregiver went with us. I couldn't have made it without her. Mom is harder to get along with these days which I know is common as health problems worsen but it was really beneficial to have a caregiver's "voice of reason". Mom really responded to her and that took the pressure off of me. Having our caregiver is such a relief to me.
